5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established in your service agreement. If a lead fails to meet these criteria, you may request a refund or replacement lead within 30 days of delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

8. Limitation of Liability

ChronoCode's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. ChronoCode reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

10. Modifications to Terms

ChronoCode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
